Prepares and serves a variety of beverages to passengers, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

Performs various duties related to ship navigation, safety, and maintenance on the deck area, including handling ropes, assisting with docking procedures, and conducting routine inspections.
 

Provides medical care and assistance to passengers and crew members, including emergency response, first aid treatment, and routine medical services to promote health and well-being onboard.

Assists passengers with special requests, arranges onboard activities and excursions, and provides personalized services to enhance guest satisfaction and comfort during their cruise.

Provides food and beverage service to passengers in dining areas, including taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction with dining experiences.

Implements and monitors environmental policies and practices onboard the ship to minimize its impact on the environment, including waste management, pollution prevention, and compliance with regulations.

Works in onboard shops and boutiques, assisting passengers with purchases, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience while promoting onboard merchandise and souvenirs.
